About Corley Company

Corley Company, LLC is a full service design/build general contractor based in Olympia, Washington.  Corley Company takes pride in building lasting client relationships by delivering superior service and craftsmanship to their projects.

With a B.S. in Construction Management from Illinois State University, Owner Bill Wysocki has the background to deliver projects successfully and on time.  Bill put himself through college by working as a laborer, and quickly moved up the chain to carpenter.  After completing college, Bill worked for a top 25 commercial builder in the Chicago-land area where he worked as a project engineer and honed his administrative skills.  After settling in the Olympia, Washington area Bill has overseen the completion of over fifty custom homes as a superintendent.  Corley Company was formed in 2004, and has been focused on building and saving quality housing stock.

Corley Company is capable of producing quality designs in-house and strives to guide the client through design/permitting, to project closeout and completion in a smart, logical, and smooth manner.  Corley Company self-performs much of general trades work in-house to speed the construction process and offer competitive rates to their clients.
